What is our cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a 100% full refund for cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Refund processing time & fees
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. All refund will be processed by e-transfer to the email address it was sent from.
Can I send someone else in my place if I can't make it?
Yes. Participant substitutions from the same department, agency, or team are permitted at no extra charge. Please provide written notice with the new attendee’s full name, email address, and contact details at least 72 hours prior to the course date to ensure their official certificate is printed on time.
Substitutions made with less than 72 hours' notice are still welcome to attend, but certificate issuance for the new participant will be delayed.
What happens if MarkhamXT cancels or reschedules the course?
If a course must be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or host venue conflicts, registered participants will be offered the choice of a 100% full refund or a free transfer to the next available training date.
